This project relies on the disciplinary advantages of Northeastern University in the fields of fluid mechanics and vacuum technology, automation, computer and software engineering technology, and provides the following services:
Forward design of vacuum equipment: To meet the application requirements of vacuum systems such as coating equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, vacuum pumps, vacuum furnaces, vacuum gauges, etc., fluid simulation, thermodynamic simulation, magnetic field simulation, coating simulation and other simulation and experimental research are carried out to optimize the gas flow, pressure distribution, temperature distribution, magnetic field distribution and particle transport process in vacuum equipment, providing theoretical guidance and optimization design methods for forward design of vacuum equipment; Carry out reliability design and reliability testing of vacuum equipment and key components, and provide design drawings; Conduct service characteristic testing of vacuum equipment and key components, and provide full lifecycle technical services for vacuum equipment and key components (including service characteristic database, fault diagnosis database, etc.).
Consulting services for the vacuum surface engineering industry: Based on the Surfacity technology platform initiated by Professor Lin Zeng of Northeastern University and established at Northeastern University in 2015, we provide consulting services for hardware upgrades, process optimization and development, control system upgrades, new technology research, industry university research cooperation project planning, technology achievement application and appraisal, technical training and practical training, industry development reports, industry revitalization plans, standard formulation and revision for the vacuum surface engineering industry.
Intelligent solution: for the application needs of semiconductor, aerospace, new energy, biomedicine and other fields, build a personalized digital model, take the lead in building a cloud platform based on the industrial Internet, promote the intelligent upgrade of vacuum coating and other equipment and key parts based on the Internet of Things and big data technology, and enable the vacuum surface engineering industry with artificial intelligence to achieve the leap from “import substitution” to “technology leadership”.
